LISA GORJESTANI

FOUNDER & principal EVENT PRODUCER

Lisa was born and raised in the beautiful San Francisco Bay Area, spending her childhood in the hills of Marin county. She ventured south to Los Angeles for university, where she earned an undergraduate degree at USC. Soon after graduation, Lisa made her first step into a career in entertaining: she scored a series of plum positions at several hot spots on the L.A. dining scene.

In 1997, Lisa hung out the shingle for Details – and the rest is history. In the years since that first Malibu wedding, Lisa’s jaw-dropping get-togethers have been featured in such publications as LA times, Martha Stewart Weddings, Style Me Pretty, and In Style Weddings. Lisa’s myriad accomplishments include numerous corporate conferences, weddings, get-togethers, and charity fundraisers (for the likes of celebrities and Fortune 500 companies).

Lisa lives in Los Angeles with her husband and two children – her beautiful daughter Taylor and charming son David.

SENIOR EVENT PRODUCER

Suzanne Yarbrough is positively bursting with warmth and creativity and treats every event with unfaltering personal commitment. Suzanne’s easygoing, crowd-pleasing sense of humor is backed with consummate determination and precision, which comes as no surprise: she was previously a television production coordinator! Client’s love Suzanne because of her can-do attitude combined with her kindhearted nature. She has been an essential part of the team for over a decade- helping shape Details Event Planning into the success it is today.

Lauren puts the ‘detail’ in Details Event Planning. Her meticulous eye ensures every element of an event is perfectly presented, no matter how big or small. Lauren has always been destined for a career in event planning. When she is not working, you can find her hosting her family and friends for a dinner party or game night. Lauren’s natural talent for design paired with her background in Business Administration and Strategic Communication have proven to be the perfect addition to our team since 2015.
